蒜頭豆豉蒸倉魚

婆婆和媽媽的朋友同時送來一大包豆豉
雖然這些材料耐放
但還是不想放太多在家
於是煮多了用上豆豉的菜式~
今次煮了妹妹的最愛

食譜
材料:倉魚一條(約12両)、豆豉1湯匙、蒜頭3-4瓣、生抽1湯匙、葱段(放魚底)多條

做法:
1. 在碟上放上葱段,放上已洗淨的魚。
2. 切碎蒜頭,略為沖洗豆豉,加入生抽混合及略壓,鋪上魚身。
3. 煲滾鑊內的水放入魚,大火蒸10-12分鐘,倒去魚水後,淋上適量滾油及少許生抽即成。

  2. I try to buy 倉魚 in Singapore before...but the taste its BIG Different....:(

    1. For me, this fish with this cooking method is the easiest one, and it appears on the top 3 of fish dishes:P
      What a pity that u can't find good one in Signapore.....

    2. I can tell you one more things...although "Nice Egg or Veget" also very difficult to find in Singapore :(
      That's why I always purchase IMPORT material here.
